Most of the storefronts we audit sell you a plant; this one sells you the rest of the aisle — hemp-derived Delta-9 THC gummies, CBD bath bombs, tinctures, lotions, and intimacy products, direct to your door from a California brand that, per its own FAQ, was founded in 2015 and operates exclusively at kushqueen.shop. Method, stated plainly: desk-verified. We analyzed the live storefront, listings, shipping and refund policies, and the lab reports on the brand's lab-tests page on September 12, 2026. No hands-on claims; every fact below comes from the vendor's published pages.

What Kush Queen actually sells

The catalog runs to 79 listings including merch; the product side sorts into four lanes.

Gummies and edibles. The core product is a Delta-9 THC + CBD gummy listed at 8 mg Delta-9 THC and 12 mg CBD per piece, sold in eight flavors as 10-packs at $16–$20 and 30-packs at $48–$60 — $1.60–$2.00 per gummy either way. A zero-sugar strawberry and the live resin gummies list 10 mg THC per piece at $20 and $60. Delta-8, CBN, CBG, and THCV gummies ($16–$20 per 10-pack), THC chocolates, and a 50 mg rosin cookie fill out the shelf.

Bath bombs. The product the brand built its name on: CBD bath bombs at 250 mg for $16 and 1,000 mg for $30 in five named scents, a 2:1 line at 50 mg CBD plus 25 mg Delta-9 THC for $20, and 100 mg minis as a $31.99 set.

Tinctures and topicals. The Bäre full-spectrum CBD tincture lists at 2,500 mg for $104.99 and 5,000 mg for $209.99 — about four cents per milligram. Melt CBD lotion runs $35.99 (2 oz, 100 mg) to $200 (16 oz, 800 mg); the 1:1 THC-and-CBD version lists 200 mg for $39.99 and 1,600 mg for $249.99.

Intimacy. CBD and Delta-9 THC lubes at $49.99 for 1 oz (the THC version also in 8 oz at $169.69, listed at 250 mg Delta-9), plus single-serve gummies from $9.99.

The affiliate link this site carries lands on Bôost, a $49.99 water-compatible liquid concentrate listed at 600 mg Delta-8 plus 75 mg Delta-9 THC per bottle, with its own thirteen-state no-ship list (below). And yes, there is flower: THCA eighths at $24.99–$29.99, ounces at $99.99–$119.99, a three-strain trio at $64.99–$79.99, and 1 g carts at $24.99. Consider it a side menu: mid-market per-gram math ($7.14–$8.57 an eighth), a rotating board, weaker paperwork. Kush Queen's storefront is an edibles-and-topicals store that happens to stock flower, not the reverse.

The paperwork

This is where the review is decided, and Kush Queen does better than most of the market. A dedicated lab-tests page carries a downloadable certificate for every product line we checked — 64 distinct PDFs covering gummies, bath bombs, tinctures, lotions, lubes, vapes, and flower. The lab is named on every report: Excelbis Labs in Santa Ana, California, printing a state testing license number, with an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation number on the newest reports (not confirmed in an accreditor directory this cycle). That is the pattern how to read a COA asks for, and most flower vendors fail it.

We ran the reconciliation. The Grape Delta-9 gummy report, completed February 5, 2026, shows 8.029 mg total THC and 11.953 mg CBD per serving against a label of 8 and 12 — a match to within a tenth of a milligram. The 1,000 mg Relax bath bomb reports 994.98 mg CBD with THC not detected.

Three debits. These are product-level certificates, not batch-matched: the batch field on every report we opened was blank, and completion dates span March 2025 to February 2026, so the PDF describes the formulation, not the package at your door. One report has drifted from its product: the lab page lists a "Relax 1:1 CBD & Delta 9 THC Bath Bomb" whose certificate shows 26.1 mg THC and 27.3 mg CBD, while the storefront now sells that bath bomb as a 2:1 at 50 mg CBD and 25 mg THC — the paperwork and the listing disagree. And the flower certificates come from a different lab (FESA Labs) stamped "For R&D Use Only — Not a California Compliance Certificate." The Skywalker OG report (25.24% THCA, 22.26% total THC) reconciles, but an R&D-only certificate is a weaker document than the gummies carry.

Shipping, states, and the fine print

The shipping policy in substance: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL; US and Puerto Rico only; average estimated delivery 7 to 10 business days from the ship date. Refunds: all sales final, no refunds or exchanges — worth knowing before a $209.99 tincture.

On states, the brand's position is that its hemp-derived Delta-9 products are federally lawful under the 2018 Farm Bill at or below 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, that state law varies, and that checkout automatically blocks restricted states. There is no single published no-ship list; restrictions appear per product, and the Bôost listing names thirteen states (Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Utah). Two more findings. The brand's /pages/faq is unfilled theme placeholder text at analysis time; the real answers sit in a homepage FAQ block: adults 21 and older, and Delta-9 THC will show on a drug test (our drug-testing guide agrees). The brand also warns that the only authentic store is kushqueen.shop; kushqueen.com is a one-page placeholder with no shop.

Who it is for, and who should look elsewhere

Kush Queen is the right lane for a low-dose Delta-9 edible from a brand that names its lab and publishes a certificate per product, a CBD bath or topical product whose label milligrams reconcile with a report, or an intimacy product with the cannabinoid content documented. At 8 mg per piece the gummies sit at the low end of the Delta-9 gummy market. The label states intoxicating effects may be delayed up to two hours, so start with the labeled serving and wait. Adults 21 and over only, and not if you are subject to workplace screening.

Verdict

Buy the gummies and the bath bombs on the paperwork; file the flower under curiosity. Kush Queen publishes more lab documentation than most of the hemp market, names a licensed California lab, and its label numbers reconcile with the reports we recomputed. The gaps are real but ordinary: product-level rather than batch-level certificates, one bath bomb whose listing and report disagree, R&D-only flower COAs, a placeholder FAQ page, and an all-sales-final policy.
