On paperwork, our desk audit found real COAs but also real gaps: the lab reports live in a shared drive folder organized by strain, the testing lab is not named on the lab-results page itself, and we could not confirm batch matching from the storefront. That is the whole review in one paragraph. The rest is the evidence.
