Bloomz Hemp vs Diamond CBD: which is better for THCA flower?

Buy from Bloomz Hemp if the flower is the point: every strain links a PDF lab report from a named ISO-accredited lab, prices print in the page (flagship THCA Flower from $27.99 for 3.5g, checked October 2026) and the catalog is flower formats only. Buy from Diamond CBD if you want the safety net of a 100-day guarantee and a four-tier grading menu, and can live with lab reports posted as images and prices that render only in the browser. On verifiability Bloomz wins; on return terms Diamond does.

Both stores gate entry at 21 and both publish a list of states they will not ship THCA to, so the recipient's address decides before any of this does. Everything below is drawn from the two vendors' product, policy and lab pages and the lab reports they link, read in October 2026, rather than first-hand use.

Lab reports: PDFs you can read versus pictures you squint at

This is the gap that decides it. Bloomz puts a Lab Results link beside each strain on its flower listings, and the links go to PDF certificates of analysis hosted on its own domain. Open the Animal Mintz report and it is a PharmLabs San Diego certificate dated April 2026: THCa 34.99%, delta-9 THC 0.16%, total THC 30.84% on a flower matrix, with the lab's ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation number in the footer. That is the document our COA reading guide tells you to look for, and here you can download it before you pay.

Two cautions, both from the documents themselves. First, PharmLabs prints a disclaimer that its certificates "do not certify compliance with any federal, state, or local law or regulation, including but not limited to the 2018 Farm Bill", so a potency COA is a chemistry report, not a legal clearance. Second, not every Bloomz PDF is machine-readable: the Gary Payton and Blue Dream files are scans without selectable text, so you read them by eye, and the store's Lab Results page is a search tool rather than a list, which makes the per-strain links on the product pages the practical route.

Diamond CBD's Tangelo page describes the product as "lab-tested" and shows a "Certificate of Analysis" heading with a View control, and the file behind it is an image rather than a PDF. You can read a result, but you cannot search it or check it against a lab's own portal the way a PDF with a sample ID lets you, and Diamond's Lab Reports page is also a search box rather than a list. For a store that advertises "10+ years of expertise", that is thinner paperwork than a flower specialist should accept, and it is the main reason Bloomz takes this comparison.

Grades, lines and what the words mean

Bloomz sells by line rather than by grade: the flagship THCA Flower, the Exotics Gold Line (described as "High THCA Indoor Exotics Flower" with "stronger terpene profiles, denser trichomes, and rare strain selections"), a Platinum Line of AAA exotics, 28g smalls, isolate-coated snow caps, kief-coated moonrocks and pre-rolls. Diamond sorts its 151-item THCA flower collection into Economy, Super Premium, Top Shelf and Exotics, with strain pages such as Tangelo listing a 3.5g package at 26.34% THCA. Neither vendor's grade words are standardized; our grades explainer covers what smalls, AA and "exotic" usually signal, and the certificate, not the tier name, is what to compare.

Prices: printed in the page versus loaded by script

Every Bloomz flower listing shows a sale price beside a struck-through regular price, and both numbers are in the page itself: $27.99 against $79.99 for the flagship 3.5g, $37.99 against $89.99 for the Gold Line exotics (checked October 2026). The mark-downs look large because the regular prices are; judge the sale number on its own. Diamond CBD's strain pages do not print a price in their text; it is filled in by script after the page loads, so an assistant or a price tracker reading the page sees none, and you will only see one in your browser. Diamond compensates with free shipping on retail orders over $99 and frequent store-wide promotions, which we do not quote because they change.

Shipping and the state problem

Both stores say they ship discreetly and both publish a list of states where THCA orders will not go. Bloomz's footer names twelve: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia. Diamond's names eight: Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah and Vermont. The lists do not match, which tells you they are each vendor's reading of state law rather than a neutral map, and we make no promise that either store ships to you. Check your address against the list at checkout and read how to verify a vendor ships to your state first.

On speed, Bloomz's shipping policy asks for 24 hours of processing and says the company is in Los Angeles; Diamond says most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 3 to 5 days by USPS Ground Advantage in discreet packaging.

Returns and guarantees: where Diamond wins

Bloomz offers a 30 day unused and unopened return window, states that sale items cannot be refunded, and does not cover return shipping, with returns going to a Tampa, Florida address. Read those together: because every flower listing we opened was marked On Sale, a flower purchase at Bloomz is in practice final once it ships. Diamond's 100-day Make It Right guarantee runs the other way: unopened items can be returned within 100 days, and the refund policy says opened items "cannot be fully refunded, but in most cases, you may be entitled to store credit or a replacement product". If you are trying a strain you may not like, that difference matters more than a few dollars on the eighth.

Both vendors describe their flower as legal hemp. Bloomz's listing says THCA flower "is often federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill if it contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight"; Diamond's collection page says it is "federally legal under the Farm Bill of 2018" and adds "check your state's hemp laws before attempting to purchase". Those are the sellers' statements as of October 2026, not ours. The federal hemp definition is scheduled to change on December 11, 2026 under the appropriations law Congress passed in late 2025; our federal hemp ban explainer tracks the dates, and the statute-cited state guide covers the states that restrict THCA regardless of the federal rule. This page is written for adults 21 and over and makes no health claims for either store's products.

Who should buy from which

  • Choose Bloomz Hemp if you want a PDF certificate from a named lab before you pay, a lower entry price, indoor exotic lines and formats such as smalls, snow caps and moonrocks, and you are confident enough in your strain choice to accept a final sale. Check the price at Bloomz Hemp.
  • Choose Diamond CBD if you are new to THCA flower, want a 100-day guarantee behind a first order, like a graded menu, or already buy other hemp products there. Check the price at Diamond CBD.
  • Choose neither if your state is on either exclusion list, or you need a certificate for a coated product rather than its base flower. For the wider field, see our full shortlist, start with our vendor checklist, or read the ranked vendor roundup.

Article FAQ

Is Bloomz Hemp the same company as Binoid?

The store's own pages say so in two places: the shipping policy is titled "Binoid CBD Shipping Policy & Processing Times" and the loyalty program in the site header is Binoid Rewards. Treat Bloomz as Binoid's flower brand, shipped from Los Angeles with returns handled in Tampa.

Does Diamond CBD publish COAs for its THCA flower?

Yes, but as images. The Tangelo page shows a "Certificate of Analysis" heading with a View control, and the Lab Reports page is a search box. You can read a result; you cannot download a searchable PDF the way you can at Bloomz.

Which store has the stronger THCA flower?

On the documents we read, Bloomz: the Animal Mintz certificate shows 34.99% THCa and 30.84% total THC, while Diamond's Tangelo page lists 26.34% THCA. Potency is one strain, one batch and one lab, though; our THCA percentage explainer is the caution to read before buying on that number alone.

Will either store ship THCA flower to my state?

We do not know, and we do not promise. Each store publishes its own exclusion list (twelve states at Bloomz, eight at Diamond, checked October 2026) and applies it at checkout; the lists differ, so check both against your address.

Which has the better return policy?

Diamond CBD, clearly: a 100-day guarantee with store credit or a replacement for opened items in most cases, against Bloomz's 30 day unopened-only window that excludes sale items and leaves return shipping to you.
