Start Low, Go Slow

Start low, go slow is the harm-reduction convention for any intoxicating cannabinoid product: begin with a small amount, wait the full onset window (minutes inhaled, up to two hours eaten) before taking more, and adjust across sessions rather than within one. It exists because potency varies wildly between products and people, and because the most common bad experience is simple overshoot. This site repeats the rule as general product information and stops there — no milligram protocols, no condition-specific guidance, nothing resembling medical advice. For medical questions, the only honest referral is a licensed professional.
