Delta-9 Gummies vs THCA Gummies

The straightforward edible vs the compliance costume

Hemp-derived Δ9 gummies

Real THC dosed under the 0.3%-by-weight math; tested per serving on a decent COA.

"THCA" gummies

A label that invites skepticism — unheated THCA is weakly absorbed and weakly active.

The call

The Δ9 gummy is, ironically, the honest product: a 4-gram gummy can lawfully carry about 10mg of actual Δ9 THC, the label math is checkable, and a finished-product COA settles it. A "THCA gummy" has a chemistry problem — edibles are not heated by the user, and unheated THCA does little — so it is either decarboxylated in production (making it a THC gummy in a compliance costume) or it under-delivers. Read the per-serving milligrams and the COA, not the front label. Both formats are intoxicating, both are 21+, and both are inside the November 2026 ban.
